Registration is directly through the website wearebravetogether.org.

We Are Brave Together members will be notified via email and social media in advance when a retreat is open to sign-ups. Most likely, registration will open 1-2 months in advance. Once the spots are filled, then a waitlist begins. Individual registration and payment are what secures each attendee’s spot. If an attendee cancels, then a spot opens for another person to attend.

Individuals may only register themselves for retreat events. Registrations made on behalf of another person are not permitted. This is to provide equitable access to limited spots, accurate participant information, and ensure all attendees have personally agreed to terms and conditions.

The We Are Brave Together website does not offer “reserve” or “hold” options for event and retreat registration or product sales. Items are only secured once the full checkout process is completed. During busy periods, you may see delays, errors, or similar messages—this simply means the system is processing orders in the order they are completed. If stock runs out before your checkout is finalized, your transaction will not go through, and the item will not be purchased.

Alumni Registration: If you have attended a WABT retreat in the last 6 months, we ask that you wait two days after the official registration date to sign up and receive an attendee spot.

Release time/date: The notification of the registration date will be sent out to members of WABT via email and newsletters and will be posted again on social media in advance of the registration date.

Travel to/from Retreats: Attendees are responsible for making their own travel arrangements to get to and from the retreat locations.

Roommates:

• For rental houses: Roommate assignments are RANDOM unless an attendee specifies a roommate. All attendees get their own bed at the retreat home. Or you may be in a twin/bunk. If an attendee prefers to stay in her own space at a local hotel, she is free to make her own arrangements; however, the fee to attend the retreat remains the same.

• For hotels designated for retreats: Roommates are random unless your chosen specified roommate also signs up and secures a spot at the time of registration.

All attendees get their own bed at the retreat home. Assignment to the house or hotel is a lottery conducted by the Retreat Coordinator, after registration. If an attendee prefers to stay in their own preferred/chosen hotel, she is free to make her own arrangements; however, the fee to attend the retreat remains the same.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the event will receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made between 29 and 15 days prior to the event will receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, any cancellations made within 14 days prior to the event will not be refunded.
