About Brave & Empowered
Brave & Empowered brings meaningful mental health education directly to caregiving moms—virtually, accessibly, and on your own schedule. Wherever you are in your caregiving journey, you belong here.
What You’ll Experience
Join twice-weekly live virtual sessions with Dr. Zoe Shaw focused on practical mental health education for caregiving moms. Topics include burnout, grief, boundaries, identity, anxiety, and caring for yourself while caring for another.
Why We Built This
Not every mom can attend a retreat or Connection Circle, but every caregiving mother deserves support and community. Brave & Empowered was created to make accessible, free mental health education available wherever you are.
A free, virtual mental health education series designed for caregiving mothers - wherever you are in the world.
We know that not every Brave Mom can make it to a Connection Circle or a Retreat. Geography, caregiving demands, and life’s relentless pace can make it feel impossible to access the support you need.
That’s why we created Brave & Empowered.
This program brings meaningful mental health education directly to you - through your screen, in your home, on your own terms. Whether you’re in your kitchen between therapies, on a couch at midnight, or halfway around the world, you belong here. And you deserve tools that help you not just survive the journey, but understand it.
FORMAT: Virtual Sessions
FREQUENCY: Twice a week
WHO IT’S FOR: Brave Moms globally

You deserve support - no matter where you are.
What you’ll experience
Twice a week, Dr. Zoe leads live virtual sessions grounded in real mental health education. These virtual meetings do not replace individualized therapy nor clinical health treatments. They also differ from support groups. Brave & Empowered are online learning experiences designed to give you the language, insight and practical tools for. the emotional landscape of caregiving needs: grief and acceptance, boundaries and burnout, identity, anxiety, and the ongoing practice of caring for yourself while caring for another.
Come as you are. No prior experience required. Just show up.
Why we built this
Our mission has always been to ensure that no caregiving mother walks this road alone. For years, we’ve seen the transformation impact of our Connection Circles and retreats. But we also see the moms who can’t get there - isolated by circumstance, distance, or the weight of daily caregiving. Brave & Empowered is our commitment to reaching you, too.
This is mental health education rooted in community. It’s free because it should be. It’s virtual because you matter, wherever you are.
